Cortile works directly with a number of farms and cooperatives that collectively represent nearly 1,000 farmers. Small-scale family farms are the foundation of Colombia’s coffee industry. Since opening Cortile in 2017, we have worked with a core group of farmers and our roasting team. Our team has trained for countless hours to learn the intricacies of coffee production, from selecting beans to roasting to cupping to packaging. Every bag of Cortile coffee reflects the care and personal dedication each member has put into the new coffee experience we are crafting together.
